PM FOLDER Question [Archive]

JaredPink Within your private message folder, check the messages you wish to move to custom folder. Scroll down to the bottom and on the right you will see a drop box, the default one is "Move to folder" it also as delete, mark as read etc. Press go, It will bring up another screen for you to select destination folder, and there ya have it. To then access it later, at the top of the screen under the status bar, click that drop down, and it will show "inbox, sent, custom, custom" select desired folder and press go.JaredPink

As per JB's guidence I started a new thread to stay on topic.

When I select a PM that I want to move, I do check it and when I go down to select the folder I want, the defualt are the only folders that show...DELETE, MARK AS READ, "" AS UNREAD, DOWNLAOD AS XML, or CVS, or TEXT....

No, you want to use the "move to folder" option. Basically check the PM you wish to move, and then just click go, don't worry about selecting anything at that point, it will then take you to the point were you can select which folder for it to move to.
