NissanGTRclub.com road course event at BUTTONWILLOW Raceway Park on October 10!

Hey guys, I have been speaking with the management at Buttonwillow road course in southern California, and NissanGTRclub.com members will be joining a track day at www.ButtonwillowRaceway.com (http://www.ButtonwillowRaceway.com) on October 10. The entry fee is $200 per car. There are no forms to sign prior to the event. You just show up in the morning, pay you fee, have your car tech inspected, and attend the driver's meeting. We will have a tent, table and/or banner or something similar set up in the pit area so everyone with a GT-R knows where to park. They will be keeping all of our GT-R's in a run group(s) together. There will also be a group dinner afterward. Stay tuned to this thread for details. Full details posted within the next 7-10 days or so. Two members of this community will be helping me run the event. We hope to see everyone out there for a fun day of road course action and a nice dinner afterward! :) We also have several more road course and drag events we are working on, and should have details in the next couple days. I will set up a new sub-forum for our events soon.

sounds cool. Having issues with the procurement of my car, so there is a pretty big risk I won't have one by the event. But if you are going to have a modded GTR there and want to break Steve Millen's record, let me know. :P

I won't have my GTR by then but I've been to Buttonwillow a handful of times with my motorcycle for trackdays!

I'm going to definitely try and make it up there to take pics of all the GTR's!!!!

Can tell me what options are available for 5/6 pt harness set up in my 09 GT R?
Harness bar required or is rear bulkhead mounting hardware available. What about lap/sub belt floor mounting? Any shops in Orange or La Counties doing installs?

Yes, it's still happening. As noted in the opening post, this is an open track day that we are simply having a loosely organized gathering of NissanGTRclub members at. It's just a meet and greet for GT-R owners on this website to get to meet each other and have a fund track day!
