Please confirm that this permitted by Nissan, and that you can carry through with transfer. Otherwise, good luck.

Why would it not be permitted? I offered to sell this vehicle to your company a month ago and you said my asking price was a little high but you would keep me in mind. I don't want to be doing anything wrong here, can you elaborate on your post?

As stated in the PM sent by ATLsupra, Per Nissan, only Brokering companies, and Dealerships are allowed to sell the GTR. A individual is unable to accept payment for the vehicle, all money must go to the dealership. If you were to offer the vehicle you purchased for sale, for the price you arranged with the dealer, they would then take the "place in line". But again, as per Nissan, you would be unable to ask a premium for that "service".

Now, if you are a official company, brokering the vehicle, that is a different scenario.

Please reply to the Moderator who contacted you, and he will handle the situation further. I wanted to do my best to clear up the confusion in my first post.
