Like if I bought one, would it be expensive to take care?
Like insurance, oil change, car repair parts... how long do u think till the parts ware off?

Insurance - Depends on your age, record etc...
Oil Change - Same as every other car
Repairs - Don't think so
Seeing as it's a Japanese production car it will last forever if not abused. Examples NSX, Supra, older Skylines ...
Also if you can afford to own the car you should be able to afford to fix it if anything occurs.

Actually it might be pretty expensive to maintain it. A lot of parts are exclusive for GT-R meaning they don't share with other Nissan/Infiniti parts. Recently Japan's 2000km maintance already cost over $1000 for oil/transmission fluid/diff fluid change. It is definitely not going to be at the same service price as Sentra. Insurance should be quite high to the range of Corvette Z06. As for how long the parts will last, as long as you do the maintance as scheduled, they should last quite long.;)
