engine problem

hi all i am new on here but could anyone give me some advice i have a r33 gtst and have recently had my engine upgraded with a bigger turbo , fuel pump , injectors , coil packs , afm, and a remap, and uprated clutch the problem started when i got it back from the garage when i put my foot down in first gear i had a bad splutter and loss of power then the other day i pulled of and the dip stick blowed out and the top hoses blew in half . the problem is this cost me £3500.00 i need to find out if it is due to the set up or somthing else any advice would be much appreciated:(
