I just joined couple minutes ago.

Had R32 GTR in Korea and still want one despite very difficult to get one at reasonable price here in CA, USA.

Waiting R32 GTR to be 25+ years, so I can waive some import regulation. Legally import classic cars.

From Japan auction, they are sold at $5,000~$15,000 still.

I just want dirt cheap one.

When I had E30 M3....new car, I slept in the car. I wouldn't mind having one R32GTR running or not running....just be able to look at once a day in my garage.

If I can't afford good RB engine, I can put VQ engine. Still have some Cosworth VQ new parts laying around from my most recent owned 350Z.

Kinda turn out like New Member Intro at wrong place, but its my 2cent opinion coming this forum.

Hi there! Welcome to the site! Not if you are aware of this or not, but importing R32, R33, R34s are harder now since government is cracking down illegal import ones. If they find out, the car will either need to be destroyed or exported out. The only legal GT-R is the USDM R35. Also, this site is more dedicated toward the New Nissan R35 GT-R, that's why we only have a section for the older generation of the GT-Rs.

Thanks ATLsupra

Yeah...I heard about those illegal kit cars.

With race prep already, you can still import as race competition car legally.

Weekend track car should work...not for public drivable type.

R35...nice car, just too feminine look.

Still like mean looking R32~http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2546/4137844032_fa9fb0d2aa.jpg

The only legal GT-R is the USDM R35. .

Thats not true. There are about 100 Motorex GT-R's in the US, legal cars.

The only car on the list of conforming vehicles is a 1996 R33 GT-R, and that car is difficult as OBD II is required.

Over 25 years is the way.
