this GTR change transmission oil for four times within 13300km.

filter cleaning at 6000km, and this is second time cleaning.

within 10000km shows that debris/metal shavings is build up again ~ arround the 2 round magnets / IN! and out of the filter.

When take off the trans cover the oil drain more completely. so you need 9 liter trans oil.

Important, you need a automatic trans oil change procedure to make sure all the metal shaves out of solenoid valves.

Don't clean the filter by water.

Change new oil sump gasket.

Happy DIY ;)

Remember, if you are not familiar with this please let Pro to do it.

Another R35's transmission filter clean up.

the oem filter is not really help to prevent metal shavings circulate inside. :(

We need a better filter!

Wow that is a lot of metal and gunk around the magnet. Is that coming from Azri's car? You guys using stronger magnet? which transmission oil you use?

Pen4. One thing i noticed is the jerking/violent vibration when reversing (after the clean & trans oil change)

According to Norman, its normal for a few days..

My car jerk a bit only ~ always on first gear...(without V2.00)

Now no more jerk, right? ^^

Malaysia's Credit card/DVD is world famous.....supply to China too. how you think the....:o

That's no point to add any magnet in it... like me~ +5ms. pay for feel comfortable.

cause that's much bigger/stronger magnetS in upper side of the transmission.

that's what I called stage 3 cleaning/trans oil change. ;)

foooooh!

this coverage is extensive..by the way, at what mileage should we consider taking the oil pan out for cleaning? Never been tracked though.. ;)

Yes Tony,

clean up the filter and pans should be done on first 3000 to 5000km, then every 10000.

further cleaning should on 30000km+- , up to you:)

ps:I change mine on every 5000km or LESS(4 oil changes till when 13000km), and will clean it every oil change. may be 20k will clean the solenoid and the "bigger/main" magnets.

10k is too long for Malaysia's climate and if you drive it daily~aggressive or jam, President Azri will ORDER you have to change oil every 5000, and Yes! oil change is very important for R35.

today dkrm's light tune sexy baby on wheel setting(club tuned) dyno~ an amazing 630HP(+10% correction) on fifth gear! ok, wait till him to give us reports :D i'm there today, We are SO exciting!:D:D:D hehe can't wait to pronounce...:p check todays post.

5k+ km for trans is ok^^ , have you change the engine/Lsd oil yet?

I strongly suggest get the "refund" fisrt by brake hose and others.... I really don't like the OEM feels.
