The car is originally from TN and the wreck happened in Nashville. One of my buddies was good friends with the owner/driver and passenger. The driver walked out and the passenger had both his legs crushed as you could imagine by the pictures. Thankfully, both lived, which is amazing considering they smacked a rock wall at triple digit speeds. From what I gather, the driver went into "damage control mode" afterwards and tried to cover up what really happened and keep his reputation untarnished. Hard to do when you're the first to total a GT-R in the states. Here's the link to the BS: http://www.tennesspeed.net/forums/showthread.php?t=47483
In these situations the driver’s insurance is supposed to cover the passenger’s medical bills. Correct? Now there is bad blood because the passenger is trying to get the driver’s insurance to cover the stack of medical bills. So I’m guessing the conflict is all because the driver doesn’t want any record of this wreck and is trying to cover his tracks. In my opinion... be a man. Bite the bullet, face the facts, and move on. You could have KILLED your friend but both of you were lucky enough to be alive today. [/end rant]
If someone could find out exactly where this car is located I'd love to come by and see it. I have family in Norcross so it wouldn’t be an issue to come for the weekend. Thanks guys
(I know this is my first post. I came across this forum through Google and thought I'd shed some light to the situation. The GT-R is such an amazing car, you gentlemen please keep them on the road as long as you can. Thanks again guys.)

I wish I know where the car is at so I can go check out as well, but I can't find any additional info.
