Everyone make yourself at home here, and spread the word to your fellow Texas area friends. Feel free to post about upcoming events, cruises, dinners, buy/sell parts, or anything else you like. ALso, spread the word to your other car buddies, as they are welcome here as well (as long as they are a fan of the GT-R :) )

Awesome, thanks so much Jeremy!

There are quite a few Texas GT-R's under the VIN Registry... anyone up for a meet?

There is a planned GT-R meet next Sat Dec 13...

We have received approval from the Parks Department of Houston to use the parking lot at Hermann Park's Garden Center which is just west of the Museum of Natural Science on the north side of the park. Entrance to the park is from Caroline Street off of Hermann Drive or via Hermann Park Loop. This crescent shaped parking lot is just north of Miller Outdoor Theater; most of this shows up on your NAV system. I will re-contact everyone prior to December 13 with additional directions, if needed.

OK, now for the "not perfect" news. We are NOT allowed to reserve the needed spaces; we'll just have to get there before the crowds. As we did at Old Town Spring, I told the Parks Department that we would be there from 9am to noon-ish. (Of course that's 9:15 for John!) If outlawz and chan_man can get there a little early with me that will certainly help. Also, maxgtr, if you live in the area, we solicit your early arrival, too.

I will have bar-b-que and soft drinks delivered for us.

If you have one of the NAGTROC shirts or a GTR shirt, please wear it.

The following have already said "yes" to attending:

Black GT-R (Jack)

outlawz (Jim)

chadegrimsley (Chad)

Modernceo (Cory)

maxgtr (Terry)

chan_man (Eric)

09-TITANIUM (Jim)

Need to hear from:

Black_godzila (Sammy)

jmunjr (John)

Texas-GT-R (Michael)

jmulinsiii - in Houston

chele99 - from another forum

Reepur - from south Texas

tfunk02 - The Woodlands

The following cannot attend:

wefordus (Will)

elpasogtr (Eric)

Let me know if I have missed something. It will be great if we can get a big attendance.

Is this in Houston? I'll be in Dallas next weekend, then several weeks in Austin thereafter, so I definitely can't make this.

Would love to attend the next meet though!
