After much headache and delay, I finally took delivery of the car the other day.

The same day I picked it up from the dealer, I was in the process of developing the mipdipes, and some other little tweaks here and there. This only after doing some break in miles, of course.

Boost is currently raised 2psi over stock(running 14 now), and the car feels and sounds much better. Dyno to follow.

After the install of the HKS FCON VPro is finished, that will conclude the first round of upgrades. unfortunately I will be in Germany, Panama, and Costa Rica on business for the next 3 weeks, so any more updates must wait until after I return.

until then, I have uploaded a few pictures of the car in various stages. Don't mind the mess in the fabricating area, but I was far too anxious to get going on the modifications.

I got the windows tinted today, and will have certain areas on the car painted body color when I return... to better match the car's lines. This being said, expect the car to look slightly different on "round 2" of mods.

** update **

The GTR made 472hp/470tq to all 4 wheels. See the above link for the dyno sheet.

Hi... this was after the modifications. It laid down 3 back to back (over 100F) passes withing 5hp of each other. There was no cool down to speak of, and I was testing and gathering information at the same time(for the ecu upgrade). On a cool day, expect more.

Before modifications, the car was in the 420 range. All tests were performed on a Dynojet 224xlc AWD, and this was power to all 4 stock wheels/tires(NOT hubs). Total hp increase at the wheels was about 50(almost across the board). Total torque increase was 75+, almost across the board. All measurements were performed at the wheels. Figure a minimum of 17% drivetrain losses to estimate the engine hp. I calculated the peak power in the 560-570hp range(80 to 90hp more than stock) at the engine.

why do dyno shops calculate hp with these weird guesses for friction losses.

im glad you got a baseline with an hp differnce. that way wacky friction loss guesses dont make things weirder.

You can definitely tell a huge sound difference with the TC midpipe
