bluetooth setting:how to turn it back on?

Need some help here bros

For some reason I cannot turn the bluetooth back into the ON position can anybody give me some advice why that is so? It was easiler paired with my HTC phone but recently bought a 3G iPhone and was messing around with it and now it cannot be turn back on? Am I suppose to pair or register first and it will turn back on by itself. Mine is a JDM model.

How have you been? This should fix the issue:
1. go to BLUETOOTH SETUP
2. go to REMOVE PAIRED PHONE
3. delete your old phone
4. press the PHONE button
5. press PAIR PHONE
6. press the first open box called 1 None (add new)
7. set your cell phone up for Blue tooth with the device name: MY-CAR
8. set the password your phone asks for to: 1234
9. NOTE steps 8 and 9 could be different for JDM models!
